Please Note: In-Studio Warm classes will be about 85-90 degrees with added humidity.

In-Studio class location: Our studio, High Country Yoga, located in the Harris Teeter shopping center in Boone, NC.

Outdoor class location: The grassy field beside High Gravity Adventures off of Hwy 321 S in Blowing Rock, NC unless otherwise stated in the class name. Please visit our Outdoor Classes page for more info on where to meet and things to know.
